The show, which is being produced by Simon Fuller's XIX Entertainment, will be produced as planned, sources told Access on Saturday. Additionally, a spokesman for XIX Entertainment told Deadline - which was first to report the reality series news - that the power pair are "committed" to the show.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Jennifer and Marc announced their surprising split on Friday."We have decided to end our marriage," the pair said in a joint statement to Access. "This was a very difficult decision. We have come to amicable conclusions on all matters."
It is a painful time for all involved," the statement continued, "and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time. The split will come as a shock to many who saw Jennifer and Marc appearing happy and in love as the reality TV show judge and singer joined her husband on stage as she danced during his performance on the "American Idol" season finale.
