U.S. actor and Jenny Craig spokesman Jason Alexander has achieved his weight-loss goal of 30 pounds in 18 weeks.

The award-winning actor, who has starred in television, theater and film, celebrates his weight loss in a song-and-dance musical commercial for Jenny Craig during which he dons a tiny black spandex outfit.
As the Jenny Craig spokesperson mentioned at the beginning of the conference, many men looking for diet options are in the same boat as Jason Alexander, but less likely than females to join weight loss programs. "Most men have concerns about Jenny -- eating just Jenny food," said Jason Alexander, "but that's not the case."
Besides saying that the Jenny food was "really good," Jason Alexander told the group that he never felt hungry on the plan. In fact, in the first few weeks, he said he "couldn't even finish all of the Jenny food." Jason Alexander joked that he was Jenny Craig's best client, since he hasn't found anything that he won't eat and let's them "tell me what the hell I need to eat and I'll eat it."
"I was fifty when I started this program, but I felt so much older," said Jason Alexander. "Now I feel as though I'm finally sneaking back into my forties." When That's Fit asked Alexander about his favorite foods on the menu, he said that the Triple Chocolate Cheesecake and the Chicken Fettuccine take the cake. The actor said he has even tried out dishes of his own. "The 'Jason Craig' cookbook should be out soon," he jested.

VH1 will air a half-hour Bret Michaels special on Memorial Day in two weeks, but has pushed back the start of docu-series "Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It" due to the rock star's recent health issues.

Michaels -- who has diabetes -- suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage on April 21 while recovering from an emergency appendectomy. He subsequently left the Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ on April 30 and doctors have said they "really expect" him to make a "100% recovery."
"Bret is family to us and has always been a huge hit on the network, headlining several series and specials that have garnered record breaking ratings and made a strong connection with our audience."
"Production will resume when it is cleared by his doctors. If anyone can fight off illness and get back on his feet, it's Bret," said Olde.

"But in the meantime, in response to the flood of well wishes the network has received from Bret's fans, we'd like to celebrate Bret's recovery with this sneak peak special featuring the next chapter in Bret's story on VH1. It's a never-before-seen look into Bret's family life--the real center of his world from which he draws his unsinkable strength."
The Memorial Day special will follow Michaels as he balances life on the road as a musician with being a father to young daughters Raine and Jorja -- who refer to him as "Poppa Rocka."
The May 31 special will serve as a taste for Michaels fans to bridge the time until the show's launch. Michaels, the former singer with hair-metal band Poison, was recently hospitalized first by an appendectomy and then by a brain hemorrhage.

BETTY WHITE, the 88 and 1/2 years old became the oldest host of Saturday Night Live. The veteran television actress Betty White hosted SNL for the first time in her illustrious seven-decade-long career. Saturday Night Live on the NBC which telecast on Saturday, May 8, featured performances from show alums Rachel Dratch, Tina Fey, Ana Gasteyer, Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph and Molly Shannon.

In fact, there was probably more at stake for the show, which has suffered this season from postelection ratings and creative depression.
As the others try to make Poehler more of a proper girl, White declares, "She's a lesbian." She declares this again, with slight variations, another dozen times.
"A baker of your age might tend to have a drier, more crusty muffin," said one of the hosts, setting the stage for an exchange of double entendres that, like most "SNL" sketches, lasted a little longer than the humor.
The show made a running gag out of White playing the grandmother of spoof movie hero "MacGruber," engaging him in absurd discussions that distracted him long enough that the explosives he was trying to diffuse all went off.
As she suggested in her monologue, however, overexposure isn't a bad problem to have at the age of 88 - and a half.

Actor Robert Pattinson and actress Kristen Stewart of ‘Twilight’ Fame Confirm that they are in a relationship.

The New York Daily News is reporting that “Twilight” stars such as actors Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner as well as actresses Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning taped an episode of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” that will air on Thursday, May 13th. A source who works for “The Oprah Winfrey Show” spoke to Ted Casablancas of the E! Network and revealed that Pattinson and Stewart, who have been rumored to be an item for many months, confirmed that they are in fact in a relationship during their appearance.

Due to Pattinson and Stewart’s desire not to discuss the status of their relationship during their televised interview with Oprah Winfrey, they were not reluctant to tell the legendary talk show host the truth before the cameras started rolling.

The source spoke about their interactions when they were backstage by stating that Pattinson was friendly and outgoing while conversing with crew members while Stewart was more reserved and nervous.

American country pop singer and actress Taylor Swift hosts "Saturday Night Live" on Nov. 7 and she seems to have Kanye West in her crosshairs.

"I've been thinking about skit ideas for a long time," the 19-year-old Swift said. "There are definitely some hilarious things that have happened to me over the past couple of months that I think will be pretty substantial skits."

One of those things happened at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sept. 13, when West interrupted Swift while she was accepting a trophy for best female video.

West thought Beyonce was robbed. As a result, he stole Swift's moment to shine. He later apologized.
Before Swift hits the stage at the 35-year-old late-night skitfest, she's performing on "Dancing With the Stars" on Oct. 27, no doubt hoping that no one will upstage her on this occasion.

All that will likely be material for the creative minds at "SNL."

Her career record sales now top 10 million albums and 20 million paid song downloads.

She has been nominated for four CMA Awards, including Entertainer of the Year, the youngest artist in history to be honored. She has had five No. 1 singles on country charts and two consecutive No. 1 songs on the pop charts.
